Months spent designing, rehearsing, creating costumes, making props, choreographing and blocking scenes.

Not to mention the time spent on lighting design and programming to bring the show to life visually.

All the effort deserves more than a few camera phone shots, hastily taken as an after thought during the final rehearsal.

Dedicated cameras and high quality lenses can massively improve images in a dark theatre environment - beyond what is achievable by a smartphone.

Professional editing, congruent with the style and visual theme of your show, further elevate professional photography above what is possible with a phone.

Letting someone else take care of the photography also means you can concentrate on ensuring everything else runs smoothly.

What We Offer

Full Rehearsal Coverage

We can attend early or final rehearsals, including the final dress. A lit stage with everybody in full costume and makeup really helps to bring photos to life.

We are comfortable and experienced working in dark theatres and can safely move around these spaces to get the best shots - from the audience, or the wings.

Character Headshots

Character headshots against our own backdrop ensure everyone gets a high quality image regardless of their part in the show.

We can accommodate individual headshots or small groups at a time.

Private, Password Protected Gallery

We provide a private, password-protected gallery that you are able to share with the parents involved. Parents can view shots and purchase a range of digital downloads or high quality, professionally printed images.

High Resolution Digital Downloads

Digital images are professionally edited in a style that complements your show, and are provided in high resolution suitable for viewing, or printing in large formats.

Social Media Optimised Digital Downloads

Alongside high resolution downloads, digital images are also provided in smaller sizes optimised for social media.

Most photos are published and shared online, and having media optimised for sharing ensures images look their best when shared on social media platforms.

Professional Prints

In addition to digital downloads, parents are able to use the gallery to purchase physical prints in a range of sizes.

All images are professionally reproduced by a Kodak print lab and hand checked by us to ensure high quality prints.

Cost

Subject to a minimum cast size, and being able to let parents purchase images from the online gallery, we are usually able to provide our services at no cost to your organisation.

We can cover our costs through the sale of digital images and prints to parents.

We are also happy to provide a selection of 10-20 images at no cost, for your organisation to use.

Privacy And Safeguarding

We understand the importance of privacy and safeguarding when working with young people and have policies in place for peace of mind.

Our full privacy and youth safeguarding policies are available on request, however, in brief:

We never share photos without prior permission and consent
Digital photos are stored securely, on site
AI tools are not used as any part of our workflow
Gallery access is only provided to your organisation and the relevant parents. Online galleries are password-protected
Youth and school theatre images are stored for a maximum of 3 months before being deleted

We are also fully insured and DBS checked.
