Brackley Horror House

In October 2025, we were fortunate to be invited to the opening night of the incredible Brackley Horror House.

This was a large, community-driven, charity event in aid of Parkinson's UK, and was a huge step up in scale from previous years, which was pulled off brilliantly.

As well as a huge scare maze, the event also included a large main stage hosting live music acts and DJs, as well as side shows and roaming scare actors to keep everyone on their toes!

We spent a full day here, capturing the opening by the Brackley Town Mayor, the vendors, and live acts. We also edited some shots on site so the organisers and social media team had them available right away to aid in promoting the following days of opening.

We were humbled to be invited back the following day to capture more shots, and this time we turned our attention to the huge scare maze itself - a three-storey structure filled with live actors, brilliant theming, and lighting.

The dark, hazy conditions inside certainly made for a challenging shooting experience, but we managed to bag some fantastic images that really show off the hard work of the talented make-up artists involved.
